「古寧頭戰役」對我防衛作戰啟示之研究

摘要
一、共軍於民國38年10月，遂行渡海登陸作戰並爆發「古寧頭戰役」，此作戰雖僅經歷三晝夜；然我國軍部隊驍勇善戰，贏得最後勝利。緬懷昔日先賢先烈，用犧牲性命及鮮血寫下光榮與壯烈史篇，終得以捍衛戍守金門領土責任，奠定臺海70餘年安全之基，此一歷史不容忘記。二、當前中共仍未放棄犯臺使用武力的選項，在2022年8月美國眾議院議長裴洛西以旋風式訪臺後，更藉實兵對抗、軍事演習，加強犯臺軍事演練，亦提升「對抗外軍」及強化「聯合登陸作戰」能力，已對我國防安全及民心士氣構成嚴峻威脅；面對當前情勢下，國軍如何有效應對，值得國人同胞共同省思。三、「歷史不能遺忘，經驗必須記取」。國軍官兵須秉持「勿恃敵之不來、恃吾有以待之」精神，審慎分析當面敵情威脅及其渡海登陸作戰能力，並積極強化戰備演訓，俾遂行防衛作戰，才能確保國土完整及百姓安全福祉。
