「無人水下儎具」(UUV)發展現況及反潛作戰運用研析

摘要


一、「無人水下儎具」(UUV)自1957年首次於軍事用途使用迄今已逾60年,隨著科技發展,從一開始的「遙控水下儎具(ROV)」到「自主無人水下儎具」(AUV),其能力也從最初運用於打撈作業,到現今運用於「反潛作戰」,至於無人儎具對未來戰場的改變,也勢必成為作戰獲勝的關鍵因素之一。二、海權先進國家對「無人水下儎具」的研究正「如火如荼」地進行,美、「中」、韓等國均展現對未來發展反潛作戰上使用的「無人水下儎具」的構想與企圖,而俄羅斯更是「野心勃勃」想要研發核動力的「UUV」,更凸顯出此一發展已成為當前無法阻擋的趨勢。三、由於「無人水下儎具」的優勢在於可以到傳統儎具無法到達的深度進行情報蒐集,且不論是節省資源、降低作業風險與人員損耗,結合人工智慧(AI)發展,都對未來水下作戰模式產生一定程度的影響,亦值得關注並深入研究,以確保海軍作戰目標達成。

Regardless of whether it is resource-saving, reducing operational risks and personnel losses, or the development of artificial intelligence, all of these have a certain impact on the future underwater warfare mode. It is worth paying attention to and conducting in-depth research to ensure the accomplishment of naval operational objectives.
