都市蔓延對農村土地衝擊之探討
Research on Urban Sprawl to Impacts of Rural Lands
摘要
農業為人類運用自然的重要形式，是與和諧自然共生的機會，因此近年資源保育與管理、永續性議題，關注農業發展，保留農業自然性與調節的特質，維持地區發展的多樣與健全，以及生態健康並持續提供生態系統服務。但是由於地方與經濟發展造成的都市化現象，都市化蔓延至農村地區，造成農地面臨龐大的開發壓力，除了都市內部本身，農村地區也因不當的利用，在各種現象上形成與都市化蔓延現象相符的結果，助長農地流失並零碎化使用，有害地方的永續發展。因此本篇主要以相關文獻探討蔓延的形成與影響，並理解都市蔓延現象在農村土地利用之間的衝擊。藉由相關因應策略，提供區域發展與計畫的角度，在農村與農地利用之相關研究探討與規劃思維發展之參考基礎。

Agriculture is one of important typies of nature for human uses and is an chance for harmonious co-existence between human and nature. In recent years, resource conservation and management, sustainability issues focus on agricultural development. Preserving the nature of agricultural and regulation to maintain the state of diversity and soundness of regional development and ecological environment healthy, keep ecosystem services. But urbanization caused by economic development, urban sprawl toward to rural areas. The rural lands have a great pressure of development. There are improper use in rural lands so that urban sprawl, farmland loss. The sprawl status not conducive to sustainability. So, this paper focus on urban sprawl causes and its impact to rural lands, trying to understand how planning prevent from sprawl.
