The Relations Between High-performance Work Systems and Employee Well-being: A literature review

摘要


The paper first elaborates the concepts of high-performance work systems and employee well-being. Then through the analysis of the existing literature, the relationship between high-performance work systems and employee well-being is summarized, including a win-win perspective, a critical perspective, and a contextual perspective. Based on a review of existing research, the paper points out the direction of future research.
