THE KEY PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF THE DEEP INTEGRATION OF THE NEW GENERATION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND ADVANCED MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY IN YANGZHOU

Yangzhou's advanced manufacturing industry is undergoing a transformation from traditional manufacturing to intelligent and high-end manufacturing and improving product quality and production efficiency through technological innovation and process improvement. However, the transformation process has also encountered challenges such as regional competition, intelligent manufacturing awareness, innovation ability and the shortage of high-end talents. To solve these problems and promote the deep integration of the new generation of information technology and advanced manufacturing industry, it is necessary to establish unified data standards, protect data security, solve the shortage of technical personnel, realize the integration and update of information systems, and strengthen the combination of innovation and application. Through the analysis of typical enterprise cases of intelligent manufacturing in Yangzhou, policy suggestions are put forward: strengthen the cognition of the development of intelligent manufacturing, accelerate the industrial layout of intelligent manufacturing, promote the construction of industrial Internet platform, vigorously introduce and cultivate high-level talents of intelligent manufacturing, and increase the investment in fiscal and tax support. These measures aim to improve the intelligent level of Yangzhou's manufacturing industry, promote its transformation and upgrading, accelerate the pace of high-quality development, and finally promote the high-quality development of Yangzhou's economy, and become a leading city in intelligent manufacturing.
