因應「回歸主流」及「零拒絕」之教育潮流,臺灣各地區廣設資源班。在「個別化」當道的特教圈中,資源班教師每天必須面對各種不同類型的身障學生,並針對學生的殊異性做調整與安排。本文從教學、行政、學生輔導、親師溝通及工作環境等五個面向深度探討基隆市國小不分類身心障礙資源班教師之工作現況,期能給予教育現場的所有工作者一個全新的視界與後續研究之參考。
In response to the trend of "mainstreaming" and "zero reject" in education, people widely establish the resource rooms in the country of Taiwan. In the era of "individualized" in special education, the resource teachers have to face the students with different disabilities and make an adjustment or an arrangement for the distinct of the students everyday. The purpose of this study is to realize the jobs of the not classified resource room teachers in Keelung by teaching, administration, student guidance, parent-teacher communication and work environment. Hope the results and related suggestions of this study provides a new vision and general affairs directors.
