Statistical analysis was performed by independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and multiple regression analysis. The results are as follows: 1. Difference students' attributes have significant differences in Incentives and learning outcomes. 2. Learning-Barrier and Learning-Outcomes show negative influencing factors. Otherwise, Incentives and Learning-Outcomes show opposite results. To achieve the goal of sustainable management, culinary cramming school managers can take this research into consideration.
