目的:為個案找尋安置機構,化解醫糾危機。方法:應用問題解決法,醫療團隊評估染疫前個案與案子關係疏離;染疫後個案日常生活需部份協助,並需以輪椅代步,案子意圖將責任推給醫院,醫療團隊警覺到有產生醫療糾紛的潛在性。因此,以社工師為窗口,實踐賦權的處置,透過資訊、資源的分享及提供共同參與決定的機會,促使個案及家屬產生自主權,願意出面參觀多家機構後做比較。結果:決定到他們偏好的地區,完成個案及家屬的期待,讓彼此好好的生活,不再有牽掛、怨懟。結論:醫療團隊對醫療糾紛要有警覺性,共同努力化解,關鍵在於信任關係的建立以及賦權的處置。
Objectives: To identify hardship cases and avoid medical disputes. Methods: Upon contracting COVID-19, a patient required considerable assistance with activities of daily living and needed a wheelchair. Where and how to care for the patient was uncertain, but the medical team assisted in finding a care facility appropriate to the patient's needs. Results: The patient was settled in a satisfactory care center, and this prevented disputes among the family, patient, and hospital. Conclusions: Medical teams must be alert to medical disputes and work together to resolve them. This depends on the establishment of trusting relationships with patients and their families.
