從傳承走向創新的「犁頭店麻芛文化」
From the Heritage to the Innovation of the ＂Corchorus Capsularis Culture of Li-Tou-Dian＂
摘要
在政府大力推動的文化創意產業政策中，臺中市南屯以「犁頭店麻芛文化」為中心主軸，結合公部門、農會、民間文史團體、企業商家及南屯社區居民，整合出點、線、面兼具的「犁頭店麻芛文化」產業風貌，再加上持續進行之南屯有形與無形文化資產的保存與活化，為麻芛文化所帶引的文創產業建置了厚實的根基，南屯也因此有「麻芛新故鄉」的美譽。其中在麻芛的食用方式與日用新品製作上，傾力進行創意研發的相關業者相續而起，已有越來越多的趨勢。南屯的麻芛文化從在地的集體記憶開啟有意識的保存及活化，到其所衍生的產業內容，展現了麻芛融於人們生活之中的獨特韌性，讓文化內涵再現於文創的設計與創新的商品之中，且能鏈結休閒遊憩產業與文化行銷共生共榮，麻芛隨之在南屯老街與時尚匯聚的都會新場域展露風情。本論文經由文獻史料及文史工作者之田野調查的蒐集，與相關學術理論的彙整研析，再結合實地的觀察體驗與深度專訪，由追溯犁頭店墾拓的歷史軌跡開始，然後探討植麻產業之興衰對南屯麻芛文化形成的影響，之後對近年興發的麻芛產業進行檢視與探討，以見麻芛文化由傳承走向創新的歷程。

With the government's policy of promoting cultural and creative industries, the Nantung District of Taichung City has set up the ＂ Corchorus Capsularis (hereinafter referred to a commonly known term of ＂Muâ-ínn＂) Culture of Li-Tou-Dian ＂ as its central axis that combining with public sector, farmers associations, folklore groups, businessmen and Nantun community residents , to integrate an industrial style combining with point, line, and surface features of the ＂ Muâ-inn Culture of Li-Tou-Dian. Coupling with the ongoing preservation and activation of tangent and intangible cultural assets of the Nantun District, it has established a solid foundation for cultural industry led by Muâ-inn cultural, and Nantung District also gains a reputation of ＂New Hometown of Muâ-inn＂. With the efforts and the rise of related industries in the edible way and daily production of new products, the application of Muâ-inn has shown more and more trends of it. From the local collective memory of opening the conscious of preservation and activation to the derived industry content, Muâ-inn demonstrates it unique resilience into the people's lives, which not only leads to the cultural connotation reproduced in the goods designed and innovated by cultural and creative Industries as well as links the recreational industry and the symbiotic prosperity of cultural marketing, but also enable the fashion convergence new field of Nantun District to expose its style. After the collection the historians' fieldworks, relevant academic theories and literature reviewers, this study combined the field observation experiences with in-depth interviews, began to trace the exploration history of Li-Tou-Dan, and then investigated the impact of the rise and fall of Muâ-inn industry on Li-Tou-Dan's culture as well conducted an review and discussion to newly development Muâ-inn industry, to observe the trajectory of Muâ-inn from the heritage to innovation.
