Clinical Progress of Minimally Invasive Treatment of Pelvic Fractures with Orthopedic Robotic Navigation System

摘要

This is a review paper on robotic navigation system assisted completion of pelvic fracture surgery. Robotic navigation system assisted surgery has many advantages as well as great potential, but there is no review about robot‐assisted pelvic fracture surgery so far. In this paper, we briefly review the concept of pelvic fracture, treatment of pelvic fracture by sacroiliac screw, and treatment of acetabular fracture by percutaneous screw, detail the current status and clinical application of robot‐assisted orthopedic surgery, analyze the advantages of robot‐assisted pelvic fracture surgery, point out the disadvantages and problems of robot‐assisted pelvic fracture surgery, and discuss the future development prospects of orthopedic robots. These studies indicate that the research and development of orthopedic surgical robots are still in its infancy, but it is developing in a safer and more precise direction, and the level of orthopedic medical care will be significantly improved in the future.
