Based on Moldflow Mini Projector Shell Process Parameters Optimization and Mold Design

摘要


Through the analysis of the shape structure characteristics and slope of the micro-projector shell, according to the product performance requirements to select the appropriate material, according to the product structure characteristics decided to use the sliding block after the inclined top molding scheme. The simulation software MOLDFLOW2016 was used to carry out orthogonal test with 5 factors and 4 levels, and the injection molding process parameters were optimized by analyzing the orthogonal test results. UG 3D drawing software was used to design the injection mold that can automatically release the product after a single ejection, providing reference for the selection of injection process parameters and mold design of similar injection products.
