Analysis of Conflict Factors Influencing the Installation of Electrical Equipment in Substation
摘要
Substation electrical equipment installation project, in different stages there will always be a variety of conflicts, these conflicts will affect the quality of the project, progress, cost and other parts. Therefore, this paper will establish a hierarchical analysis model based on the actual data collection, integration and classification of the actual substation electrical equipment installation project, and introduce the intensity of engineering conflict performance, combined with expert opinions. The impact of conflict is further quantified. Through scientific, reasonable and feasible tool method, the influence law of substation electrical equipment installation project conflict is revealed more comprehensively.
