摘要


This paper introduces the key points of aero-engine performance test from the aspects of test, test bench, parameter measurement, equipment and instruments. Firstly, different kinds of tests and test benches are briefly introduced, and they are divided into different purposes and different applicability. Then it introduces the testing equipment and methods of various important parameters, such as pressure, temperature, flow rate, thrust and so on. At last, the aeroengine performance test is introduced from sensors, additional devices and test procedures. The focus of the whole article is on the parameter measurement method and the related introduction of equipment, because various parameters are the key to reflect and evaluate the performance of aeroengine, the more accurate the measurement of parameters, the more can reflect the significance of performance test, the more conducive to test and engine development. Finally, the development direction of performance test is briefly summarized, and several future development emphases are mentioned.
