摘要
Establish a leading group of civilized safety construction, with the project manager as the leader, and set up full-time safety officials. According to the rules and regulations of civilized safety construction formulated by the company, the post responsibility system of safety management shall be implemented. The construction personnel should understand the basic engineering situation, compile the construction deployment and construction plan, control the construction progress plan, draw up the construction plan, understand the relevant engineering technical and economic indicators, and carry out construction strictly in accordance with the specifications, so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the project quality.
