Cultivation of Ed.M's Educational Technology Beliefs - A Qualitative Research Based on H Normal University

摘要


The teachers` beliefs in educational technology is the source power to enhance their information‐based teaching capability. The masters of education will become the backbone among the primary school and middle school teachers, whose education experiences will have important influence on their beliefs in educational technology. Based on analyzing the connotation of the beliefs in educational technology and combined with the interviews with the 15 masters of education who major in different specialities, the paper finds out the current situation and the problems existed in the beliefs in educational technology of the masters of education. Finally, it puts forward the cultivation strategy for optimizing the teaching mode, promoting the cutting-edge technology and organizing the practical activities. The paper is of certain enlightenment significance for cultivating the beliefs in educational technology of the masters of education.
