On‐line Teaching Practice of ＂Downstream Industrial Biotechnology＂ Course Based on Live Rain Classroom Mode

Online teaching is an emergency measure for colleges and universities to respond to the guidance of the Ministry of Education's ＂ensuring learning undisrupted when classes are disrupted＂, and complete teaching tasks in the context of the new crown epidemic. Based on the rain classroom course of ＂Downstream Technology of Bioindustry＂ constructed in the early stage of the Internet + classroom teaching, the author carried out the practice of the rain classroom live broadcast mode of the course. During the online teaching of this course, combining with the global hot spots in the production and development of new crown virus vaccines during the new crown epidemic, the curriculum knowledge structure is sorted out and made into courseware suitable for online teaching. Reforms and innovations have been made in the selection, the use of interactive functions in the classroom, and the way of remote assessment of students. For the first time, SuperPro Designer, a biopharmaceutical industry process design software, was introduced into classroom teaching, which stimulated students' interest in independent learning and achieved a good Teaching effect.
