Research on Police Terminology in British and American Films
摘要
In British and American film and television works, the use of policing terms will also change according to different types of police, regions, and police conditions. Through the research of police language in British and American film and television works, we can discover the characteristics of related police language in Britain and the United States, and conduct a deep research on the police law enforcement culture in Britain and the United States, aiming to enrich the English learning content of college students in public security colleges and train Students' independent learning, diverse learning abilities, and diversification of public security college students' international policing thinking will lay a solid foundation for future foreign‐related police work, as well as international police talent exchange and police cooperation.
