Analysis of Translation Strategies for Biography
摘要
The translation of the history of the Communist Party of China is an important way to tell Chinese story and spread the voice of China. The translation of the Party history biographies is also a key means to show China's outstanding revolutionary heroes and establish a good international image to the world. The translator selects Biography of Ma Jun as the translation material, and discuss translation methods according to the principle of "content first, form second" of Functional Equivalence Theory to carry out the English translation practice study of the biography text.
