摘要

李文的主要論點在於：「美國川普政府所推出的印太倡議，反映出美國對於印太區域的關注，此一戰略的最終目標，在於抑制中國大陸的崛起與確保美國的領導地位」。本文將順著此論點研析我國在兩強戰略布局中的思考面向，並提出因應策略。
