摘要


隨著科技進步,科技化及數位化管理導入服務業中,餐飲業也研發出許多管理系統來優化服務流程,隨著設備系統普及及人力短缺狀況出現,新世代經營模式「無人餐廳」因應而生。本研究為針對自動化點餐系統介面,探討其自助點餐系統介面的資訊呈現與選單列表對於使用者之使用績效與體驗感受能達到更好的體驗,以利進一步地改善自助點餐系統介面設計以提升使用者滿意度,並優化整個點餐服務流程及縮短其消費時間,以創造更符合需求的使用者經驗介面。現今有許多年長者對於科技產品不熟悉。為了能幫助長者在使用上更加便捷有趣,本研究開發一款臉部辨識點餐系統,讓年輕人及長者能夠更快速的點餐以擁有愉快的用餐體驗。本研究開發四種功能,主要為人臉辨識會員、智能點餐、推播叫號、客製化推薦,讓Zenbo機器人有更多的附加價值,另一邊也能推廣餐廳、增加趣味性。我們透過Zenbo機器人結合資料庫與網頁進行連接,透過人臉辨識的技術運用科技來服務消費者,加快點餐速度及消費者等待時間。

With the advancement of science and technology, technology and digital management into the service industry, the industry has also developed a number of management systems to optimize service processes. With the popularity of equipment systems and manpower shortages, the new generation business model 〞unmanned restaurants〞 has born. This study is aimed at the automated ordering system. Exploring the information presentation and menu list of the self-service ordering system interface can achieve a better experience for the user's performance and experience. In order to improve user satisfaction and optimize the entire order service process and shorten its consumption time, to create a user experience interface that is more in line with the needs. This research develops four functions, mainly for face recognition members, smart ordering, push-calling, and customized recommendations, so that Zenbo robots have more added value, and the other side can also promote restaurants and add fun. We use the Zenbo robot to connect to the webpage through the database, and use the technology of face recognition technology to serve consumers, speed up the ordering speed and consumer waiting time.
