運用AI物聯網技術建立行動微型醫療服務

摘要


隨著世界人口成長趨緩,以及醫療技術的發展,全球面臨更多人口高齡化問題。然而這也伴隨著醫療人力短缺、病床擁擠,甚至病人因排不到床位在走廊紛紛病逝卻無足夠的護理人員去照顧之問題情況發生。然科技發展與物聯網技術普及應用,並結合AI運算建立適用於不同智慧應用設計。本研究希冀運用現今AI物聯網應用技術,建立相關無所不在醫療看護應用,結合穿戴式感測與紅外線行動醫療裝置互動應用,來建立行動醫療助手。藉此有效降低護理人員的工作量,以及提升護理人員的對於病患的即時資訊,來做為護理人力流失和降低醫療失誤之改善對策。

With the slowdown in world population growth and the development of medical technology, the world is facing more problems of population aging. However, this is accompanied by a shortage of medical manpower and overcrowding of hospital beds. Even the patients are not able to take care of them because they are not able to get out of bed in the corridors. The development of science and technology and the popularization and application of Internet of Things (IoTs) technologies, combined with AI computing called AIoT, are applicable to the design of different smart applications. This research hopes to apply the current AIoT technology to establish related ubiquitous healthcare applications with wearable sensing and infrared mobile medical device interactive applications to establish mobile medical assistants. In this way, the workload of the nursing staff is effectively reduced, and the immediate information of the nursing staff on the patient is improved, thereby improving the nursing manpower and improving the medical mistakes.
