In this paper, we propose to develop a smart deposit box system by which a user can opens and locks the box via the NFC function in their smartphone. The smart deposit box was based on Arduino Mega 2560 hardware architecture NFC Shield V2.1, SD card, LCD display and solenoid valve module. For user authentication, we get the IMEI number by writing Android application in the smartphone. Then a new user account is created based on the IMEI number and then the system can manage the users accordingly.
