摘要


隨著電腦科技與通訊技術的發展,工業技術也產生了更進一步的革新-工業4.0,在此概念下製造的生產模式也逐漸朝向智慧工廠的概念邁進,並使傳統單一大量的生產模式轉變為「多產線協同生產」、「客制化」甚至「全自動化」等特性。為與智慧工廠的實現更進一步,在傳統製造業中必須先整合製造加工過程中的機台資訊,以便有效地判別設備加工狀態和處理訊息,因此如何達成不同機台間的通訊,已成為首要的問題。本研究提出「工業自動化設備資訊監控系統」,透過定義資訊模型,以開源標準的自動化通訊技術協議及低成本的微電腦裝置,為傳統PC-Based CNC提供加工訊息共享的能力。本文結論透過建立訊息 伺服器與客戶端間的關係,使機台周邊感測裝置與機台加工資訊,能夠以自訂義的資訊監控系統監控三軸雕刻機運作情形,並從測試結果得知其運行效果良好,能夠滿足跨系統資料傳輸的需求。

With the development of information and communications technology. The innovative industrial technology has proposed, which known as Industry 4.0. And the conception of production mode in manufacturing has transformed into new features such as 〞Multi-production line collaborative production〞, 〞customized〞 and 〞Automation〞. To implement with the conception of smart factory. In the traditional manufacturing industry, it is necessary to integrate the machine information during machining process for effectively discriminate the processing status and processing information of the equipment. Therefore, how to achieve communication between different machines has become the priority problem. This paper proposed the 〞 An implement of industrial automation equipment information monitoring system based on OPC UA 〞, which provides the ability of processing information sharing for traditional PC-Based CNC by defining the information model. The conclusion of this paper will be to establish the Client Server Architecture between the OPC UA server and the client, so that the peripheral sensing device and the CNC machine processing information can be monitored by the customized information monitoring system.
