為了要結合更大市場規模,越來越多行業加入創新服務,利用網路平台轉型以體驗為出發點,結合O2O通路新思維行銷模式,整合線上線下全通路與顧客進行互動。然而當商品帶上網路平台後,除了不斷發想創新創意吸引目標受眾,如何改善提升平台交易品質與安全性對於使用者更甚為重要,本研究的目的將運用區塊鏈的智能合約(Smart Contract)技術以改善目前網路平台交易所產生的潛在問題。將開發一個雛型系統,結合區塊鏈以太坊(Ethereum)所打造智能合約平台來直接進行資產移轉功能,以合約導向程式語言Solidity來設計平台分潤機制,處理合約建立、合約執行、合約履行等流程,讓系統自動執行利潤計算與分配相對比例,並予合約中記載持有者與分潤者,不再需要平台後端人員進行人工審核分配。透由智能合約自動化分潤之技術,簡化傳統業務利潤分配之流程與提升履約安全與效能,未來將此研究衍生至各交易共享平台,讓交易流程更順暢。
To integrate the larger market scale, more and more industries adopt innovative services. They utilized the network platform transformation to experience and then combined with the new thinking marketing model of the Online To Offline channel to integrate the channel interactions with customers. However, outlooks in the network platform are gradually innovate to attract their target uses. Hence it is important for stakeholders to understand how to improve the quality and security of transactions on such a platform. The purpose of this study is to use smart con-tract technology under the blockchain to im-prove the potential problems arising from cur-rent online platform transactions. We develop a prototype system to integrate the blockchain Ethereum, build a smart contract platform to directly transfer assets, use the contract-oriented programming language Solidity to de-sign sharing mechanism platform. It handles the contract establishment, contract execution, and contract fulfillment, so it can automatically perform the calculation of relative ratio of profits for further distribution, record the holder and the runner in the contract, and eliminate the need for its back-end personnel to perform manual audit assignment. Through our technology of profit-sharing con-tract automation, it could simplify the traditional business profit distribution process and improve performance safety and effectiveness. Our outcomes can be adopted to the transaction sharing platform and let their transaction process become smoother.
