基於動作偵測的體感左右腦訓練系統

摘要


人的左右腦在功能上有所不同,對右撇子來說,其左腦與語言控制和邏輯分析有關,右腦則與視覺和方向感有關。大腦喜歡多樣化的事物,對於不斷重複的動作及訊息大腦就會感到枯燥乏味和厭倦。因此,給大腦不同類型的訓練會使大腦的有氧訓練更加有趣,簡單的方法就是用非慣用手處理日常生活中所需。本研究藉由自行設計的鏡像遊戲來達到左右腦訓練的作用,透過Kinect和電腦的連接來進行此鏡像遊戲,在過程中使用者以通過關卡為目標,同時達成左右腦平衡訓練的目的。

There are many differences between human left brain and right brain. For right-handed people, their left brains are related to language control and logic analysis while their right brains are associated with vision and sense of direction. Diverse things are good for brain, but brain is tired of repeated actions and messages. Therefore, giving different types of training to the brain makes the aerobic training of the brain more interesting. The simple method is to use non-dominant hand to deal with daily routines. This study uses a self-designed mirror game to train human brain. The brain training game is played through the connection between Kinect and a computer. When playing, we try to pass the stages and achieve the purpose of left and right brain balanced training.
