Owing to the tight and rigorous requirements of Halal food, the service quality of transportation in the Halal logistics becomes extremely important. However, the research of Halal transport logistics services are relatively lacking. Thus, this research aims to examine the service quality of Halal transport logistics and its impact on customer loyalty in Hong Kong from a Halal restaurant's perspective. Using data collected from 30 Halal restaurants in Hong Kong. Based on an importance-performance analysis, resulted indicated that important and need to be improved Halal logistics transport service attributes including on time delivery, delivery consistency, prompt response to claim, response accuracy, information availability and accuracy. In addition, this research found that service quality had a significant correlation with customer loyalty in Halal food transport logistics services.
