This paper focuses on the practical effectiveness of the German dual system vocational education model and the exploration of its evaluation framework. It outlines the core essence of the dual system and its positive impact on student development, studying the in-depth honing of professional skills, the comprehensive enhancement of overall quality, and the broad prospects laid out for career advancement under this model. The necessity of evaluating the implementation effect is thoroughly analyzed, with key dimensions of assessment, such as the mastery of professional skills and the significant improvement of comprehensive qualities, being detailed. To further verify the adaptability and effectiveness of the dual system model, this paper takes Weifang University of Science and Technology as a case study, demonstrating the successful localization of this model in China.
