古建彩繪地仗用桐油熬製時添加土籽和樟丹的作用研究

Study on the Function of One of Plaster's Materials - Tung Oil Stewing While Adding Tu Zi and Zhang Dan - in Ancient Architecture

摘要


地仗在古建彩畫中有著很重要的作用,而桐油是地仗所用的主要材料之一,地仗所用桐油在使用時要進行熬製,熬製時還要加入土籽和樟丹。為了研究桐油在熬製過程中添加土籽和樟丹的作用,本文利用FTIR、XRD、粘度、吸氧動力曲線和化學發光等分析手段分別對各樣品進行了表徵。結果顯示,樟丹的作用屬於第二類催乾劑,即在熬製桐油的過程中具有催化桐油聚合的作用;土籽的作用屬於第一類催乾劑,即在熬油過程中土籽起抑制桐油聚合的作用,在熟桐油吸氧固化成膜過程中,土籽具有促進過氧化物分解放氧的作用。

Plaster plays a vital role in the ancient architecture. Tung oil was stewed and used as an additive Tu ziand Zhang dan before the plaster used. FTIR, rheometry, power curve of oxygen and a means of chemoluminescence were used to analysis the role of Tu zi and Zhang dan. The results show that polymerization transition occurred during the tung oil stewing and Zhang dan is the catalyst in this process.Tu zi has the effect of inhibiting tung oil polymerization.
