世界基础教育课程与教学改革,带动教育教学工作者对学业评价与考试改革的深刻思考与探索。随着“核心素养”概念的提出并广为基础教育采纳作为课程发展的主轴,凝练“学科核心素养”,以之引领课程设计、教材编写、教学实施、学业评价与考试命题;学科学业评价与考试也朝“素养”转向。马来西亚华人社会民办华文独立中学正推进素养教育,积极探讨学业评价与考试模式的改革。本论文借鉴国内外学业评价与考试改革理论研究成果与实践经验,考察华文独立中学教育教学实际,就教育理念转变、课程与评价标准研拟、评价内容与命题形式改革、多元评价方式运用等方面,提出华文独立中学推进基于语文核心素养的华文学科学业评价与考试改革的设想。
The reform in curriculum and basic education has led educationists to also consider and examine deeply the reform of assessments and examinations. This has led to wide adoption of the concept of core competencies in basic education as the main axis of curriculum development. This enables learning to focus on subject core competencies while providing guidance for curriculum design, textbook writing, teaching practices, assessments, and examinations setting. At present, the Malaysian Independent Chinese Secondary Schools (MICSSs) are promoting Competency-based Education and are actively pursuing the reform of assessments and examinations. This paper draws on the theoretical research and practice of assessments and examinations reform at home and abroad to study the practices in the MICSSs and to put forward suggestions for the reform of educational philosophy, curriculum and evaluation standards, reform of evaluation content and proposition, and application of multiple assessments. This paper puts forward ideas for promoting competency-based Chinese Language assessments and examinations reform in the MICSSs.
