摘要
近年來，世界各國開始制訂符合各自國情的車聯網規範，如：美國交通部安全憑證管理系統（Security Credential Management System, SCMS）、歐盟協同智慧運輸系統憑證管理系統（Cooperative Intelligent Transportation System（C-ITS）Credential Management System, CCMS）。因此，本論文主要著重在車聯網安全憑證管理系統發展現況，整理世界各國制定的車聯網標準及技術。並且提出我國的車聯網安全憑證管理系統的發展方向和建議。
