Based on the panel data of 19 countries along the"One Belt and Road" from 2010 to 2018, the development efficiency of low-carbon green logistics of these 19 countries was evaluated by using DEA-BCC model and DEA-ML index, and the following conclusions were drawn: (1) The overall development level of low-carbon green logistics for countries along the"One Belt and Road" was low during the inspection period, and scale efficiency has played a important role in the development level of low-carbon green logistics. The low efficiency of pure technology was the main reason for the low efficiency of low-carbon green logistics. (2) The development efficiency of low-carbon green logistics for countries along "One Belt and Road" showed a downward trend during the inspection period, and the main reason for the decline was the decrease of pure technical efficiency. Based on these, putting forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development efficiency of low-carbon green logistics of "One Belt and Road".
