摘要

There has been great controversy about the freedom of speech. What is the content of free expression? What are the subjects of free speech? How to protect the citizens' right to freedom of speech? At present, the provisions of Chinese laws on free speech need to be improved. These problems are analyzed combined with Fang Fang's diary phenomenon to provide new ideas for the legal regulation of free speech in China.
