摘要

As a leading cadre, whether he can really contribute to the organization and the masses largely depends on whether he has a high degree of self-management and self-discipline will quality. Lou Shide, the Prime Minister of Wu Zetian period of Tang Dynasty, because of his prudence and self-discipline, courage and resourcefulness, forbearance and openness, benevolence and generosity, and his open and aboveboard life, his ＂craftsman spirit＂ of being virtuous, honest and self-conscious, down-to-earth and hard-working has given great enlightenment value to the latecomers. The value of ＂craftsman spirit＂ is not only reflected in specific handicraftsmen. Leading cadres should extract wisdom from the deeds of outstanding historical figures, improve their personal cultivation, establish ＂craftsman spirit＂ in the new period by cultivating self-discipline consciousness, and constantly upgrade their moral quality and political ability.
