Analysis on the Influence of College Basketball Referees--Taking Jiangxi Normal University as an Example

Basketball is a suitable ball game for both male and female students. It has a broad mass base and is welcomed by students. With the rapid development of basketball, there are more and more basketball competitions, which makes the number of referees and the level of r eferees' on-the-spot execution constantly improve. The cultivation of students' referee judging ability not only for the Jiangxi Normal University basketball referee team construction, especially has far-reaching significance for the development of China's basketball. By using the methods of documentation, questionnaire and data statistics, this paper investigates and studies the influence of 80 second-level basketball referees in Jiangxi Normal University College of Physical Education on the spot, finds out the problems existing in the process of on-the-spot adjudication, and gives some suggestions, aiming at improving the level of on-the-spot adjudication of college basketball referees. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. The incomplete grasp of the referee's theoretical knowledge is the main problem affecting the students' on-the-spot judgment in our school. 2. Students lack self-confidence in referee work, so they should strengthen the exercise of psychological quality. 3. The level of student execution in our school is not high and lacks experience in large-scale competitions. 4. The interference of players and coaches on referees and the mood of the audience have a great influence on referees.
