Investigation and Analysis on Current Situation of Sports Teachers in Junior Middle Schools in Chongyi County

摘要

The research mainly adopts the method of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and other methods to investigate and study the current situation of sports teachers in township middle schools in Chongyi County. Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation, the problems of sports teachers in township middle schools in Chongyi County are found, and the corresponding solutions are put forward. The results show that there are some problems such as insufficient teachers, low level of teachers and lack of teaching experience in junior middle schools in Chongyi County. In addition, the study found that some teachers also have big problems in their own continuing education and professional attitude. The research suggests that: 1. Education authorities should formulate and improve the introduction and reward mechanism of PE teachers, and actively guide teachers to establish a correct and sustainable educational outlook;2. Teachers should strengthen their study, improve their comprehensive teaching quality and develop and innovate teaching methods.
