摘要

In the era of rapid development, with the corresponding renewal and change of social career needs, college students' career curriculum planning should also keep pace with the times and bring forth the new, so as to adapt to the career trend and current situation of social development. College Students' career planning course should pay attention to the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality. While having a large amount of knowledge reserve, it should also have strong practical ability, so as to promote their free and all-round development. In addition, college students' career planning can be carried out from the aspect of students' self-development, and pay attention to external objective factors at the same time. Under this trend, this paper explores the current situation and path of College Students' career planning.
