Research on the Promotion of Civil Servants at Grass-roots Level in China: A Literature Review

摘要

Grass-roots civil servants as an important part of our China's modern grass-roots governance system, China's grass-roots civil servants have a large base, promotion is limited, so grass-roots civil servants have been the promotion of the ＂ceiling＂ dilemma has been there. Through a systematic review of the existing literature, it is found that the current academic research on the promotion of grassroots civil servants mainly focuses on the factors influencing the promotion of grassroots civil servants and the existing problems.
