摘要

The continuous development of the digital economy not only changes the mode of production, optimizes the industrial structure, and reshapes the market model, but also brings about great changes in the scale and structure of the employment market, and various new formats and models emerge one after another. The employment market presents new features such as diversification of employment methods, platformization of organizational models, and efficient information transmission. The digital economy has played a positive role in expanding the size of the employment market, stimulating the vitality of enterprise development, promoting the transformation of the employment structure, and improving the ecology of the employment market. However, it also poses a series of challenges to the healthy development of the employment market. Therefore, the policy system must be improved Build and increase talent training, vigorously develop the platform economy, and improve the social security system to achieve higher‐quality and fuller employment.
