Financial Shared Services in the Context of Digital Transformation

摘要

Nowadays, the key words for digital transformation of enterprises are mainly collaboration, data, interaction, connection and sharing, and companies must be at the forefront of digital transformation because they are essentially digital sensitive financial issues. The adoption of financial shared services now seems to be the new trend for most corporate accounting and corporate financial management. Financial shared services is actually an innovative financial management model, driven by web‐based technology. And the urgent problem that companies need to solve now is to use the new wave of information technology to optimize and transform the company's financial management system and to be able to build a successful financial shared service center based on it. This paper briefly introduces, in the context of digitalization, the development history and trends of enterprises, describes the current situation of financial shared services and the challenges they are facing, points out the basis, core and key of the digital change of enterprise finance under the shared services model, and finally makes suggestions for the creation of future financial shared service centers in China.
