Construction of Carbon Audit Evaluation Index System in Anhui Power Industry under the Perspective of "Double Carbon"-Analysis based on DSR-AHP Model

With the rapid growth of social and economic development and energy demand, the energy consumption and carbon emission of Anhui power industry are increasing, coupled with the national policy support for new energy generation, the implementation of "carbon audit", an important supervision measure that can promote low-carbon green development is imperative. In order to achieve the double carbon target in the "Anhui Carbon Peak Implementation Plan" and promote the high-end, intelligent, green transformation and low carbon upgrade of energy and electricity, this paper actively constructs a green and low carbon carbon audit evaluation index system for Anhui power industry. Firstly, we search the research and development status of this area at home and abroad; secondly, we construct the carbon audit evaluation index system of Anhui power industry based on DSR and AHP model, and consult with experts on the assignment of each index, and take consistency test on whether the weight setting is contradictory; finally, we make scientific and reasonable evaluation according to the weight size of each index calculated, and make suggestions for the low-carbon and green development of Anhui power industry. Finally, the scientific and reasonable evaluation was carried out based on the calculated weights of each index, and suggestions were made for the low carbon and green development of Anhui power industry.
