With the rapid development of the Internet and e-commerce industry, consumers play an important role in it, but they also face severe protection challenges. A large number of cases have confirmed the existence of infringement of consumers' personal information rights and interests. Therefore, there is still a lot of room for progress in the legal efforts to protect consumers' personal information rights, and social forces are needed to promote the governance of institutional optimization. Starting from the concept and characteristics of online shopping consumers, combined with judicial cases, this paper analyzes the particularity of consumer personal information protection in the field of e-commerce and puts forward targeted suggestions to adapt to China's e-commerce consumer protection, in order to better protect consumers' personal information and help the long-term and healthy development of e-commerce industry.
