Study on the Exploration and Practice of Traditional Chinese Business Culture in Chongqing Business Colleges

摘要

In traditional Chinese culture, Shang culture is also a component that cannot be ignored. It is also the essence of the accumulation of practical experience and theoretical development in the field of Chinese business, and it is of great significance for the guidance and reference of business theory and practice in today's society. However, the current situation of knowledge accumulation and course teaching in traditional business culture among students in business colleges is not optimistic. Based on this, this paper takes an exploration and practical study of Chinese traditional business culture in Chongqing business colleges. The necessity of the curricularisation of Chinese traditional culture is explained and discussed from the perspectives of both the current teaching situation and the characteristics of Chinese traditional culture. An overview of traditional Chinese merchant gangs and merchant culture is given, including the concept of merchant gangs, the emergence and characteristics of merchant gangs, and the connotations of merchant culture. Then, the current status of education of traditional Chinese merchant culture in Chongqing's business colleges and universities is analysed, including the issues of course offerings, students' understanding and motivation to teach and learn. Then, an in-depth analysis of the educational issues of traditional Chinese business culture in Chongqing's business colleges and universities is presented, including the in-school curriculum, the way teaching activities are organised and the cooperation between schools and off-campus educational venues. Finally, a pathway for the exploration and practice of traditional Chinese business culture in Chongqing's business schools is proposed, including the active construction of a distinctive "Traditional Chinese Business Culture" curriculum, innovative educational approaches to stimulate students' awareness of traditional Chinese business culture and enhance their self-cultivation, and the establishment and design of a practical training platform or base based on the cultivation of Chongqing culture. Through exploring and practising research on traditional Chinese business culture in Chongqing business colleges and universities, the aim is to promote students' understanding and transmission of traditional Chinese business culture, and to improve the quality of education and students' overall quality in Chongqing business colleges and universities.
