Based on the report of the 20th Party Congress that "Chinese modernization is the modernization of common prosperity for all people" and the Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Modern Vocational Education System issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, this study analyzes the feasibility of integration of industry and education in secondary vocational schools in the mountainous areas of Lishui City. International business students as the research object, through a field in-depth questionnaire survey of three subjects: enterprises, schools and graduates, and through the analysis of the questionnaire survey, it is found that the government at all levels, secondary vocational schools, relevant enterprises, relevant industries and industrial associations and other relevant high-quality resources) have distinctive characteristics of the integration of industry and education. The integration of industry-education should be promoted in a concrete, responsible and integrated way in the mountainous areas of Lishui City, and the role of the community of integration of industry-education should be gradually strengthened under the leadership of the government as well as the construction strategy of the community of industry-education should be gradually promoted.
