This paper examines the advantages of pension funds and ESG (environmental, social, and corporate governance) portfolio formation and the importance of ESG investing in the context of changing global pension fund management strategies. The study points out that companies can significantly enhance their environmental, social responsibility and governance quality through ESG practices, which in turn attracts long-term investors and enhances intrinsic value.
