摘要

With the advancement of the reform and opening up, national private economy has grown rapidly and maintained vigorous development vitality. At the same time, private financial activities develop from private economy and gradually form a unit independent of the private economy, which provides financial services for private economy and maintains its development balance. The relationship between folk finance and private economy is somewhat ＂symbiotic relationship＂ in the sense of natural ecology. The two interdependently evolve through financing and promote each other's development. What is folk finance after all, and what are its main forms? This article mainly analyzes the connotation and main forms of folk finance.
