飼糧纈胺酸添加對泌乳母豬與仔豬性能之影響

Effects of dietary valine supplementation on the performance of lactating sows and piglets

摘要


本試驗之目的在探討母豬泌乳期間飼糧纈胺酸之用量,對於母豬體態與仔豬生長性能之影響。試驗採用33頭LY雜交母豬,以杜洛克公豬配種後,依分娩順序逢機分配至四個飼糧處理組。四組飼糧分別為:處理A為對照組飼糧,含粗蛋白質15.2%、離胺酸0.9%、纈胺酸0.75%、與異白胺酸0.68%;處理B、C、D分別為對照組飼糧添加合成L-纈胺酸0.15%、0.30%及0.45%以取代玉米澱粉,泌乳期間飼糧及飲水供自由採食。結果顯示,母豬泌乳期間每日平均採食量與體重損失在各處理組間沒有顯著差異,而處理B之背脂厚度減少量大於處理C(P<0.05)。仔豬方面,各階段之窩重、哺乳期窩增重與每窩平均日增重,各組間差異均不顯著,但處理B仔豬在2週齡之育成率則顯著高於處理C(P<0.05)。各項性能經由線性分析結果顯示,母豬泌乳期失重及背脂損失隨飼糧纈胺酸含量增加呈三次曲線反應(P=0.02)。仔豬之離乳窩重、窩增重、每日平均窩增重及育成率亦隨纈胺酸之增加而呈三次曲線反應,其中均以纈胺酸在0.90%時達到最高。在血清性狀方面,母豬血清尿素氮(BUN)與IgG濃度在各階段均無顯著差異,在泌乳4週時,處理C之肌酸酐(creatinine)濃度顯著低於處理A與D(P<0.05)。仔豬2週齡時以處理B之IgG濃度最高。根據以上結果顯示,母豬泌乳飼糧含離胺酸0.9%,纈胺酸0.90%時,仔豬之離乳窩重與窩增重可達最大之趨勢。

A feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of supplementing valine to the lactating diet on the performance of sows and piglets. A total of thirty-three lactating LY sows were allotted to one of four dietary treatments. The control diet (Treatment 1) contained 15.2% crude protein, 0.90% lysine, 0.75% valine, and 0.68% isoleucine. Crystalline L-valine was used to replace cornstarch in the control diet at 0.15% increments to obtain three experimental diets (as Treatment 2-4). Feed and water were supplied ad libitum during lactation. There was no difference between all treatments in daily feed intake or body weight loss of sows during lactation, but the backfat loss in Treatment 2 was larger than Treatment 3 (P<0.05). The piglet survival rate on age of 2-wk in Treatment 2 was higher than Treatment 3 (P<0.05). Body weight loss and backfat loss of sows increased as dietary valine (cubic, P=0.02) was increased. When dietary valine was increased, the litter weaning weight, litter weight gain, daily litter weight gain and survivability on 2-wl old piglets increased (cubic, P=0.07, P=0.07, P=0.10, and P=0.04, respectively) Serum BUN and IgG of sows were not affected by dietary valine. The serum creatinine from sows at 4-wk of lactation in Treatment 3 was lower than Treatment 1 and 4 (P<0.05). The piglet IgG on 2-wk old in Treatment 2 was higher than Treatment 1 and 4 (P<0.05). The results indicated that the litter weaning weight and litter weight gain of piglets increased when the lactating diet contained 0.90% lysine and 0.90% valine.
