新文科视野下“人权学”学科建构

Construction of the "Discipline of Human Rights" from the Perspective of New Liberal Arts

摘要


在新文科建设背景下建构“人权学”学科,需重点回答学科设置标准、基础命题、学科体系和人才培养等问题。作为人文社会科学,“人权学”的学科标准应当参考新文科的要求,确立“人”的核心位置,其主要内容包括以“人权”作为研究对象、以跨学科交叉甚至融合作为研究方法。“人权学”的基础命题包括理论命题、本质命题、制度命题、组织命题、实践命题:理论前提是人的学问,本质所在是人的权利,核心内容是人权规范,组织形态是人权机制,实践形态是人权实现。“人权学”学科体系是通过跨学科方法,衍生出由马克思主义人权理论、人权法学、人权政治学、人权社会学、人权传播学、特定群体人权学、区域国别人权学等组成的有机开放的二级学科体系。“人权学”的人才培养强调应用导向,教材体系建构需在教材编写、教材种类、内容体例、教材层次、图书布局五个方面着力;课程设计应重视讲授基础知识,兼顾对前沿问题的敏感度,加强对实践能力的培养;学术建制则包含研究团体、职业学人(研究者)以及学术平台三个方面。

To construct the "discipline of human rights" in the context of the construction of new liberal arts, it is necessary to focus on issues such as the criteria for setting up the discipline, its basic propositions, the disciplinary system and talent training. As a humanities and social science, the disciplinary standard of the "discipline of human rights" should refer to the requirements of new liberal arts and establish the core position of "human beings", whose main contents include "human rights" as the research object, and interdisciplinary intersection and even integration as the research method. The propositions underlying the "discipline of human rights" include theoretical, essential, institutional, organizational and practical propositions: the theoretical premise is the learning of human beings, the essential aspect is the rights of human beings, the core content is the norms of human rights, the organizational form is the mechanism of human rights and the practical form is the realization of human rights. The disciplinary system of the "discipline of human rights" is an organic and open secondary disciplinary system consisting of Marxist human rights theory, law of human rights, politics of human rights, sociology of human rights, communication of human rights, human rights of specific groups, human rights of areas and countries, etc. through an interdisciplinary approach. The talent training in the "discipline of human rights" emphasizes application orientation and the construction of the teaching materials system should focus on five aspects: textbook compilation, textbook types, content style, textbook levels and books layout; the design of the curriculum should emphasize the teaching of basic knowledge, take into account sensitivity to cutting-edge issues and strengthen the cultivation of practical skills; the academic establishment includes research groups, professional scholars (researchers) and academic platforms.
