隨著社會經濟水準品質的提高,生活條件越來越好,但大學生體適能和肥胖程度差異越來越大,運動能力水準也有所不同。目的:探究大學男生不同身體組成BMI與下肢肌最大肌力之間的差異性;方法:招募非體育學院大學生志願者作為受試者,採用身高體重測量儀測試受試者身高和體重計算BMI,用肌力測量儀測試股四頭肌、股二頭肌、臀大肌,並通過預測公式預測最大肌力;結果:針對不同身體組成組對股二頭肌,股四頭肌,臀大肌進行單因子變異數分析(Analysis of Variance, ANOVA),發現三者依變項在三組間均無顯著性差異(p>.05);結論:大學男生不同身體組成組成與下肢肌最大肌力差異無明顯性顯著;建議:1.增加受試者實驗人數;2.增加測試儀器,對同一部位進行多個儀器測試。
With the improvement of the quality of social and economic level, the living conditions are getting better and better. But the differences in physical fitness and obesity degree of college students are getting bigger and bigger. In the meantime, the level of sports ability is also different; Purpose: To explore the difference between different body compositions (BMI) and one repetition maximum of the lower extremity muscles of male college students; Method: Recruit volunteers who are not college students of physical education as subjects. Measure the height and weight of the subjects by height and weight measuring instruments to calculate BMI. Measure the quadriceps femoris, biceps femoris and gluteus maximus by muscle strength measuring instruments. Predict one repetition maximum by the prediction formula; Results: Analysis for different body compositions of one-way ANOVA analysis of biceps femoris, quadriceps femoris, and gluteus maximus showed no significant difference among the three groups (p >. 05); Conclusions: There is no significant difference between different body components and one repetition maximum of lower limbs in male students; Suggestions: (1) Increase the number of subjects; (2) Increase the number of test instruments, and conduct instrument tests on the same part.
