Review of Corporate Social Responsibility Literature

摘要


Corporate social responsibility, as a social movement, began to rise in the late 20th century, is accompanied by the pressure of environmental protection and consumer rights movements, the transformation of modern corporate governance model, the emergence and development of economic globalization and other forces to promote the development.As an important decision for maintaining reputation, building image and enhancing brand value, social responsibility has become an important part of public policy in both developed and developing countries.With the deepening of economic globalization and sustainable development, Corporate social responsibility (CSR) occupies an increasingly important position in the debate on economic and environmental issues, and the research and communication on CSR is also in full swing.A review of domestic and foreign scholars' research on social responsibility can include the development and motivation of corporate social responsibility, connotation and indicators of corporate social responsibility, influencing factors of corporate social responsibility and consequences of corporate social responsibility.
