樂活教育,擁抱幸福:國小教師情緒管理、健康促進生活型態與幸福感之關聯性研究

Happy Living Education: The Relationships between Elementary School Teachers' Emotional Management, Health-Promoting Lifestyle, and Well-being

摘要


當教師擁有幸福感時,教學現場才能充滿正向的能量,進而培育幸福的學生。在教育政策與環境不斷變動的挑戰下,教師若能學會有效的情緒管理,以正面的情緒態度面對人事物,讓工作成為一種樂趣;同時善用休閒調適策略紓解壓力,培養正確的生活方式,則能實現身心健康,進而提升幸福感。本研究主要探討國小教師在情緒管理、休閒調適策略、健康促進生活型態三方面對幸福感的影響。透過隨機分層抽樣方式發放問卷,總計發送354份問卷,回收有效問卷為324份。研究結果發現,在不同個人背景變項下,教師在情緒管理、休閒調適策略、健康促進生活型態以及幸福感方面存在顯著差異。具體而言,情緒管理與幸福感呈現正向相關;休閒調適策略與幸福感亦有正向相關;而健康促進生活型態同樣對幸福感產生正向影響。進一步分析顯示,情緒管理中的情緒調適對幸福感具有正向的顯著影響。在休閒調適策略方面,友伴式的休閒和提升正面情緒的休閒對幸福感皆產生正向的顯著影響。而健康促進生活型態中的適當營養、自我實現、休閒運動以及壓力管理均對幸福感產生正向的顯著影響。總括而言,在情緒管理、休閒調適策略和健康促進生活型態等變項中,健康促進生活型態對幸福感的影響最為明顯。

When teachers experience a sense of well-being, the teaching environment is imbued with positive energy, consequently nurturing students' happiness. Amidst the evolving challenges of educational policies and environments, teachers, by acquiring effective emotional management skills, can approach situations with a positive emotional attitude, transforming work into a source of joy. Simultaneously, by utilizing leisure adaptation strategies to alleviate stress and cultivating a healthy lifestyle, teachers can achieve physical and mental well-being, ultimately enhancing their sense of happiness. This research primarily investigates the impact of emotional management, leisure adaptation strategies, and health-promoting lifestyles on the happiness of elementary school teachers. Through a random-stratified sampling method, a total of 354 questionnaires were distributed, with 324 valid responses collected. The results reveal significant differences among teachers in emotional management, leisure adaptation strategies, health-promoting lifestyles, and happiness across various personal background variables. Specifically, a positive correlation exists between emotional management and happiness, as well as between leisure adaptation strategies and happiness. Similarly, health-promoting lifestyles also exert a positive influence on happiness. Further analysis indicates that emotional adjustment within emotional management significantly affects happiness. In terms of leisure adaptation strategies, both companion-oriented leisure and leisure activities enhancing positive emotions have a significant positive impact on happiness. Additionally, elements of health-promoting lifestyles such as proper nutrition, self-realization, leisure activities, and stress management all demonstrate a significant positive influence on happiness. In conclusion, among the variables of emotional management, leisure adaptation strategies, and health-promoting lifestyles, the impact of health-promoting lifestyles on happiness is the most pronounced.
